I didn't realize when I ordered it that this frame was going to be made custom for me. The glass was handcut and covered with protective film, and the matting was beautiful. The packaging was also done with extreme care and I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a quality frame that is going to last for a long time.
Ordered this for a friend as a gift, and I have to say I expected that the spine wouldn't really be suede, and I'm glad I saw that coming, because it's not. It's more like a fuzzy microfiber/felt. That said, the exterior of the album looks a bit cheaper than other leather-covered scrapbooks I've bought for less, but the inside is pretty cool. Many different pages for the baby's family to fill in key milestones, hand/footprints, first haircut, etc.
I really expected for "good wishes" to be on the item, but it wasn't - still a good buy and nice gift.
